In our eyes there is nothing better in this world than a perfectly ripe tomato with a sprinkling of good salt and flavorful olive oil, the experience of picking a pea off the plant and eating it immediately, or wrapping a piece of juicy sweet melon with a little nice ham. That is why we cook seasonally. These food experiences are truly amazing when the product is at its peak, and rather mundane and ordinary when they are not. At The Squeaky Bean we try very hard to only use products when they are at their peak in quality. Whether we get them from our good friends at Aspen Moon Farm in Longmont Co, from our own garden, or from the market, we shop and create our menus using only what is exceptional.
